I’m an insurance actuary, working in the City of London and volunteering for my professional association, the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries. This is my own personal website. For over a decade I’ve been learning and speaking about climate change, energy and economics. 

If you’re wondering about the picture, it’s a cornfield near where I live. I moved from London to Hampshire more than 10 years ago, and I passed this field every day on my walk to the station. Seeing the wheat grow at the same time as reading about the limits to growth helped me see a key fact; you can’t eat money.
